This is now the fifth year in a row that Bridgewater Home Care has won this prestigious national award. That continued recognition means a great deal to us. As Bridgewater Home Care has grown, we have worked hard to maintain and improve the standards on which the business was built. To continue winning this award as we have moved from a small group into the large and mid-size group category is something we are very proud of, and a strong reflection of the consistency and quality across our network.
What makes this award particularly meaningful is that it is based on reviews from clients, families and those who experience our care first-hand.
Our aim has always been to provide high-quality, relationship-led home care that families can trust. This award reflects the dedication of our care teams, office teams and franchise partners, who work incredibly hard every day to support people to live well and independently at home.
We are also incredibly proud to recognise the achievements of our Bridgewater Home Care Halton and Frodsham, and Bridgewater Home Care Watford franchise offices, who have each been named among the Top 20 Home Care Providers in their respective regions — the North West and East of England.
