As individual’s get older some can require more bespoke care or can develop conditions with specific requirements, our Care Specialists can help to minimise disruption to normal life by providing the essential daily help to continue to live well, as independently as possible.

At Bridgewater Home Care we place huge importance on our carer continuity. Before we start to provide services to clients we hold an initial introductory visit aimed at getting to know more about the person who will be receiving care and their support network. During this time we gain an understanding of personality, preferences, wishes (and wishes of family members) to allow us to recognise where we can best add value to a clients life.

After a careful recruitment and selection process our Care Specialists all undergo initial and ongoing training through our award-winning training programmes, so you can rest assured you are in the best possible hands.
New members of our team undergo thorough background checks, including personal references and DBS checks, to ensure they are suitable to work with us at Bridgewater Home Care. As standard, we have thorough policies and procedures in place to protect our clients as well as exceed the regulatory requirements of the Care Quality Commission.
Along with enhancing the lives of the people we care for at home, we also aim to engage with those in the wider community. We encourage our clients to be active in their local community and we work closely with local community organisations to enable those in our care to access a wider variety of services that can support wellbeing and enhance quality of life.
