What are the benefits of joining Bridgewater Home Care?
Bridgewater Home Care is the first-choice provider of high quality private home care, specialising in the care vulnerable adults living with a form of dementia. Although we are keen to recruit experienced carers, we are also looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals who would like to begin a new career. At Bridgewater Home Care we offer an exciting ongoing training programme and have helped many of our team to work towards their QCF level 2 in Health & Social Care and even QFC level 3!
We are proud to be able to offer our staff flexible working patterns that fit around their lifestyle; as well as competitive rates of pay, holiday pay & challenging ongoing career progression. These are just a few of the reasons that we received a 98% employee satisfaction rating in a recent independent Smith + Henderson survey!
What do I need to have in place to become a team member?
To go out and deliver high quality care in the community you will need a driving license and access to a car during your work time. You need two references, though these do not need to be for care work. We also require that all our staff have an up to date DBS, though we can complete one on your behalf. We request that you have the availability to work alternate weekends, we find that this suits many parents who are looking to get back into work.
To enquire about becoming a part of our dynamic team, get in touch with us on 01942 215 888, Monday to Friday, for an informal chat and to express your interest. You can also send an email to us at info@bridgewaterhomecare.co.uk.
