Phil established Bridgewater Home Care in 2010 after family experiences of having great difficulty in finding reliable and trustworthy care provision for his Grandmother. It was this experience that led him, with support from his family, to set up a home care company that would make a real positive difference to vulnerable people in the community.

From humble beginnings in Wigan, the business has grown rapidly, with offices opened in Warrington, Bolton, and Burscough (West Lancashire).
