Warrington Registered Manager, Rebecca said that Hannah deserved the award as she has is a real team player and has worked for the team for nearly a year now. Rebecca added that ,
“Hannah initially started to do nights but moved onto days to support the staff. Hannah quickly settled in with the clients and carers. On getting to know one of Hannah’s regular clients, she identified that the client loves cockatoos and used to have one as a pet. Hannah very thoughtfully got the client a cockatoo toy which her client adores and she says keeps her company around her home. “
