Huge Congratulations to Karina Butenko on being awarded Care Specialist of the month at Bridgewater Home Care Warrington for March 2021
Karina originally worked as a carer for our sister site, Bridgewater Home Care Wigan before joining the Warrington home care team in November 2020.
The Registered Care Manager in Warrington, Joanne Swindells told us :
“Karina is a valued member of my team . Karina has a wealth of experience , having worked in the health and social care sector for over 15 years. Since starting with our Warrington Home Care team , she has quickly formed a rapport with her clients and her home care colleagues . Karina is also determined to improve her knowledge and is currently studying for her NVQ level 3 in Health & Social Care.
We are so thankful that Karina chose to work for the Warrington home care team as she very quickly proved her worth, helping out with our on-call rota . Karina was promoted to the role of Senior Care Specialist in March 2021 due to her determination to want to make a difference to the lives of her clients. ”
