We are so thrilled to announce that Rebecca Crawshaw has received CQC registration as Registered Manager for Bridgewater Home Care Warrington!
Rebecca is a huge asset to our team in Warrington and we wish her every success in the role.
Rebecca has been with the Bridgewater family for nearly 8 years and she has carried out many roles at Bridgewater Home Care, having started her career at Bridgewater Home Care Wigan initially as a Carer, before being promoted to Senior Carer and then Home Care Co-ordinator and Recruitment and Retention. We are so happy that Rebecca joined the Warrington team in 2019, initially on a temporary basis but she loved working with the team so much that she is now our new Registered Care Manager!
Rebecca told us,
“I am so happy to now be the Registered Manager of the Warrington office. I have been with Bridgewater for nearly 8 years now and the whole team have always supported and encouraged me in each role. ”“I had never worked in home care before starting with Bridgewater and was very nervous, but I needn’t have worried as the support from Bridgewater gave me the confidence to believe in myself. Bridgewater’s support has never faltered through the different roles I’ve been lucky enough to work in with them. Now in the Manager’s role myself, I look forward to supporting my own team with their progression.”
