Bridgewater Home Care is celebrating 11 successful years in business. Our award-winning business has gone on to expand our regional network with three locations that have achieved success after implementing the Bridgewater Home Care model. We have been supporting older people and vulnerable adults in the local communities for over a decade to help them to live more comfortably and independently at home.
When Bridgewater Home Care was first established in 2010 our mission was to ‘Go Above and Beyond’ for our clients and our team, always. Eleven years later and with over 100,000 hours of care delivered, and many awards and accolades received, we continue to provide an essential service with a focus on quality and reliability throughout everything that we do.
Bridgewater Home Care have a strong team of caring and passionate individuals and to say a huge thank you to our amazing dedicated Care Specialists and support team, we are hosting an all-day event for the team to celebrate together. Last year – to mark our 10-year anniversary – Bridgewater were unable to hold a face-to-face event due to the Covid19 lockdown restrictions, so this year will be even better, there will be lots of cake, celebrating and catching up!
Bridgewater Home Care are taking this time to reflect on all we have achieved over the last 11 years, as well as congratulating all our dedicated care team for their accomplishments and dedication, especially after what has been such a challenging time recently.

We have been reflecting over the past 11 years on some of Bridgewater Home Care’s biggest achievements. Most recently we were extremely proud to win the Top 20 Homecare Group of 2021 award through homecare.co.uk.
Bridgewater Home Care has also been successful in winning the Best Employer in Care through an independent survey, Customer Service Award, Training Excellence Award, Employer of the Year and the Wellbeing in the Workplace Award. Bridgewater Home Care are passionate about providing supportive and inclusive culture for all our team, with both staff and clients alike feeling a part of the Bridgewater Family. In the immediate future, Bridgewater Home Care is also looking to create an additional 40 jobs in care in the local communities that we serve.
There have also been many fundraising events, charity days and awareness events held by all Bridgewater offices over the years, including car washes, sponsored steps, Bootcamp sessions, fancy dress, cake sales and competitions – all of which Bridgewater staff, their families and friends, as well as clients, have been involved in, raising funds and awareness for many important causes.
This year Bridgewater Home Care are also proud to have rebranded and relaunched our website and resources for those seeking care at home. After months of working on this project throughout various lockdowns, our brand-new website will help those who are looking for home care, as well as providing additional resources to clients and our own team.
