Yes, all our Franchise Partners receive their own exclusive territory upon signing of the Franchise agreement. Bridgewater also provide the support to ensure marketing is territory-specific and assist with initial local demographic analysis along with assistance with market research.
Bridgewater Home Care are regulated by the Care Quality Commission. Franchise Partners receive support registering with the CQC and ongoing support to help conform to, and exceed, CQC regulatory requirements. Our brand compliance team helps Franchise Partners to work in line with our policies & procedures, to stay within employment law and to meet GDPR compliance requirements.
We look for individuals who share our passion and commitment to delivering the best quality service to enhance the lives of our clients. We want to work with franchisees who will follow the Bridgewater Home Care business model, and who will become an ambassador for the Bridgewater brand.
Our Franchise Partners must be UK based, have a full-time commitment to the business and be prepared to consistently work to grow the business. Our company is built on effective communication and supporting one another so we welcome individuals who share these values and strive for excellence in their everyday role.
Our Franchise Support team provide initial and ongoing help & support to franchisees as they progress through their Bridgewater journey. The team is made up of brand compliance experts, recruitment and retention support, finance and IT support as well as a dedicated point of contact and franchise support staff.
Support for Franchise Partners includes both initial and ongoing assistance and is delivered in a variety of methods, such as branded marketing packages, training courses, video or face-to-face mentoring meetings as well as regular contact through emails and calls
The initial franchise investment is £35,000 + VAT with a recommended total working capital requirement of between £100,000 – £120,000.

The role of a Franchise Partner is to grow the business, oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure that staff and clients are well supported. A typical day could involve resource planning, liaising with clients or local health and social care professionals, recruitment and retention of staff, local marketing campaigns and ensuring CQC and brand compliance standards are met.
In the home care industry it is often said that no two days are the same, which makes it such an interesting and rewarding occupation. You will work with a variety of stakeholders, including your own Bridgewater Care Specialists and office team, your suppliers, clients and a wider network of individuals such as local health and social care professionals, local press and your dedicated franchise support team.
