Phil Eckersley, Managing Director, was thrilled and very honoured to be shortlisted as a finalist for these four awards, commenting “Firstly, I would like to congratulate everyone who has been shortlisted for all the awards.”

He then went on to say that “These nominations are a real credit to the team: they’re not just delivering above and beyond what’s expected for our clients, but they’re also carrying a culture of excellence and happiness that makes Bridgewater Home Care such an attractive place to work and grow.”

Phil Eckersley added that “they are testament to the unique family culture at Bridgewater Home Care and are clear evidence of our commitment to the continuous improvement and well-being of our employees, something I am extremely proud of. Providing care is anything but unskilled work. We need to remove this damaging perception and continue celebrating the amazing work performed by our carers and make caring visible. Bridgewater Home Care is a wonderful place for people to develop their talent and receive the best training, coaching, and mentoring to progress their career in care.”

He commented further that “most of all, Bridgewater Home Care takes pride in being able to give back to the communities that we serve. Our care workers are doing an outstanding job of being the frontline support in our communities. Often going above and beyond the call of duty and putting others first to keep people cared for and safe by providing high-quality care to the elderly and most vulnerable in our communities.“
