Finalist for Business Person of the Year Award 2022
Founder and Managing Director of Bridgewater Home Care, Phil Eckersley, is thrilled to have been shortlisted as a finalist for “Business Person of the Year “at the Greater Manchester Business Awards 2022 commenting, “Firstly, I would like to congratulate everyone who has been shortlisted for such a prestigious award and I would like to thank all those who continue to support our business, especially the support we have received throughout the past year.”
He then went on to say that “As Managing Director of Bridgewater Home Care I strive to ensure that all my team feel valued, respected, and secure. I have invested considerably in employee training and welfare, providing both personal and professional support through a variety of means to ensure this. “
Finalist for Outstanding Customer Service Award 2022
Bridgewater Home Care are also a finalist in the category of “Outstanding Customer Service”, which we are equally delighted about.
Speaking on behalf of the company, Phil Eckersley, said “For us to offer a first-class service to our clients we constantly and consistently focus on maintaining high standards and look for areas where we could improve. We’ve worked hard over the years to deliver excellent value for money, high-quality care and a reputation based on trust for both private and funded clients. “
Phil added that “We are absolutely delighted to be finalists in two categories at this year’s Greater Manchester Business Awards 2022. Providing ongoing training, support and flexible working patterns to our carers has been key to providing great home care. It has also been fundamental to the level of success that we’ve had.”
