I am the Brand Compliance Manager for Bridgewater Home Care. My role involves overseeing brand standards across the network, supporting franchise offices, and ensuring consistency in communication and compliance.
I support all franchise offices with brand compliance, communications, and documentation, ensuring our brand is represented accurately and professionally across all platforms. I also oversee national compliance documentation, templates and updates to maintain consistency and quality.
I have worked in the care sector for 23 years.
I work closely with franchise owners, managers and help teams ensure all brand, compliance and communication standards are upheld. This includes providing guidance, updating national documentation, and supporting offices with quality improvements and alignment across the network.
