Our Story
The journey began after experiencing our own shortcomings with sourcing a reliable care service. It was a difficult time for the family, experiencing the numerous challenges of finding a high quality, trustworthy, and credible home care provider for our loved one. It proved more difficult than it should be. Like you, we don’t think that this process should have been this challenging, let alone stressful and unsettling. So, we decided that it was up to us to provide a solution.
The beginning of Bridgewater…
It was from this moment that Bridgewater Home Care was established, with quality, reliability, and trust at the forefront of everything we do to this day. We soon realised how much clients valued the honest and trustworthy approach we adopted, and how they deserved so much more than just a traditional home care service. Our clients became a part of our extended Bridgewater Family, and are the foundation on which our care service is built. It’s because of our clients that we aim to exceed expectations within the home care industry and allow families to expect more from care.
