Huge Congratulations to Jessica McClelland on being awarded Care Specialist of the month at Bridgewater Home Care Bolton for August.
Jessica came to work for Bridgewater Home Care initially on a part-time basis , having previously worked in a school and has now been with Bridgewater Home Care Bolton for 5 months.
The Bolton Care Manager , Abigail Sharples, confirmed her delight that “Jessica is now a full time member of our Bolton Bridgewater family. ” She added that ” Jessica was overwhelmed at receiving this award. She is a really popular member of my care team , liked by all carers and clients and will always offer to help in any situation if she can. I am very proud of how far she has progressed in such a short time with us, with the support and guidance offered by her more experienced colleagues .”
Jessica commented not long after she started her new role that “I haven’t worked for the company long but it’s amazing to have so much support at this stressful time. Nothing is too much trouble for my managers and they are always wanting to go the extra mile for us and our lovely clients. So rewarding to see them laugh and smile. It makes the day better and brighter. I am so proud to be part of the caring team at Bridgewater.”

We currently need enthusiastic care specialists to support our clients in Bolton by providing flexible, personalised care in their own home. The care we provide is based on the specific and personal needs of the client.
Hours available :
At present we are looking for care specialists who are flexible and can work either mornings and lunches , between 7am to 1pm or late afternoons and evenings between 3pm to 10pm.
