Huge Congratulations to Lynne Copeland-Heap, a new starter with Wigan Home Care team, on being awarded Care Specialist of the month at Bridgewater Home Care Wigan for November 2020.
Lynne only joined Bridgewater Home Care in September 2020 and has settled in really well and has quickly become a valued member of the Wigan home care team. Lynne shows a real passion for her client’s welfare and individual needs.
Shaneil Gaskell, the Wigan office Registered Care Manager told us that “Lynne’s daughter, Sophie Copeland has worked for Bridgewater Home Care for two and half years. Sophie has been urging her mum to join Bridgewater Home Care since she started and we are so happy that Lynne finally took her daughter’s advice . Lynne, previously worked as a hairdresser, and her listening and customer skills have certainly come to the fore in her new career in care. During the pandemic Lynne had a re-think about what was important to her and she wanted to give something back to her community . I am so delighted that we have been able to welcome Lynne into the Bridgewater Home Care family.”
Lynne commented on receiving the news of her award, ” I was totally in shock especially as I am a new member of the team. I absolutely love my job and work with some lovely carers and our clients are amazing. I would like to say a huge thank you for this recognition, and a huge thank you for everyone for making me feel so welcome and helping me along the way.”
