Registered Care Manager, Abigail Sharples, was recently delighted to be able to promote Senior Carer, Munera to the position of Quality Compliance Assistant(QCA) at Bridgewater Home Care Bolton . Abigail told us :
” I am so happy to promote Munera to the position of QCA. Munera is such an experienced, dedicated and hard working member of the Bolton care team . Munera has a very likeable, warm personality and everyone in the team has huge respect for her caring abilities. Over the years that I have worked with Munera I have seen her grow in self-confidence. Munera finally believes in herself as I always have. She will continue to be an asset to our team in her new role and I wish her continued success. “
Munera started her career in care in 2016 with Bridgewater Home Care Bolton as a carer. Munera’s skills were quickly recognised by Bridgewater Home Care , as she quickly built rapport and trust with her clients in the community and her care colleagues as her experience grew.
In response to her recent promotion, Munera advised us:

Abigail further advised that the main role of a Quality Compliance Assistant (QCA ), is to :
” Support, motivate and empower the staff that they manage, and to ensure that all staff meet the objective of helping our clients to have a high quality of life and enable clients to live as independently as is possible given their particular needs.”
Abigail added :
