Huge Congratulations to our Bolton Home Care team member, Naseem Qadeer on being awarded Care Specialist of the month at Bridgewater Home Care Bolton for October 2020.
Naseem has been a member of the Bolton team for 2 years in December. Registered Care Manager, Abigail Sharples told us :
“Naseem is a valued member of my team, and she has had no sick leave in the 2 years that she has worked for Bridgewater Home Care Bolton and is always happy to help me and her colleagues.Naseem truly deserves this award for her continued passion and hard work. “
The work a carer does is so important and has an incredible impact on so many lives. At the beginning of the first lockdown, Naseem told us :
“Working on the frontline alongside many other key workers around the country gives me joy and at the end of each day makes me feel I’ve done something for someone who needed me, someone vulnerable, someone alone, someone who relies on others, for things I take for granted. It takes a wonderful team to come together and deliver our services to our community.”
