A huge congratulations to Lisa Thompkins who has been with Bridgewater Home Care Bolton for nearly 11 months.
Lisa has blossomed in her role as a Care Specialist, gaining confidence as the months have passed by and thriving in the caring environment, with the support and guidance offered by her more experienced colleagues.
Bridgewater Home Care Bolton’s Care Manager, Abigail Sharples had no hesitation in awarding Lisa , Care Specialist of the month for July and commented that, “I feel so proud of how Lisa has succeeded since she joined Bridgewater Home Care and we are so happy to be part of her life changing career move into her role as a Care Specialist with the Bridgewater family. She fits in perfectly with the team and offers a fantastic service to her clients.”
Lisa was thrilled to hear that she had been given this recognition and commented:
“When I got the phone call from Abigail, saying that I was ‘Care Specialist of the month’ it was a wonderful feeling to know that I had won this award. I consider myself to be incredibly lucky to have a job with Bridgewater Home Care. It is a first-class company to work for, from the management down to the other amazing care specialists that I work with. Management are always there to support us in any way that they can. We are like one big happy family. It’s a joy to go to work each day and look after my lovely clients and work with the other amazing care specialists. I love my job and it is extremely rewarding and I look forward to doing it for a very long time. “
