🎄 Annual Community Christmas Party
In December, we hosted our annual Community Christmas Party at Jubilee Hall in partnership with Rainbow Care Group.
It was a wonderful afternoon of music, games, food and festive cheer, bringing together clients, families and care professionals. The day truly reflected what matters most to us — connection, companionship and community.
