Bridgewater Home Care Frodsham & Halton is proud to announce that we have been awarded two prestigious accolades at the Halton Business Awards 2025, a recognition that reflects our team’s dedication, professionalism, and commitment to delivering exceptional care within our community.
This year, our branch was honoured to be named as a finalist in three categories:
- Start-Up Business of the Year (Established 2021–2022)
- Employer of the Year 2025
- Apprentice / Young Person of the Year – recognising the outstanding contribution of Care Co-ordinator Lilly Price.
We were delighted to win in two categories:
Young Person of the Year – Lilly Price
This award celebrates the remarkable achievements of a young professional who has demonstrated exceptional dedication, capability, and promise within their role, and Lilly is the perfect example of this.
Lilly first joined Bridgewater Home Care Frodsham & Halton nearly three years ago as a Care Specialist. Even in those early days, her potential was unmistakable. Her natural empathy, professionalism, and drive to make a difference stood out immediately.
Recognising her talent, we supported Lilly’s progression into an apprentice administrative role, where she quickly proved herself to be organised, reliable, and proactive. From there, she trained as a Quality and Compliance Assistant (QCA), gaining valuable knowledge of the regulatory side of care while continuing to support our clients and team.
Her dedication, adaptability, and willingness to take on new challenges led her to her current role as Care Co-ordinator, a position she fulfils with skill and compassion every single day. Whether it’s managing complex schedules, liaising with families, or supporting her colleagues, Lilly approaches every task with a calm, solution-focused mindset.
What sets Lilly apart is her ability to balance professionalism with genuine warmth. She has a rare talent for building trust and rapport with everyone she meets, clients, families, and colleagues alike. Her positive attitude lifts team morale, and her commitment ensures that the people we care for always receive the very best service.
Her recognition as Young Person of the Year is more than a celebration of her career achievements. It’s an acknowledgment of her character, work ethic, and passion for care. Lilly is an inspiring example of what’s possible with dedication and heart, and we couldn’t be prouder to have her as part of our Bridgewater family.

This award marks a significant milestone for our Frodsham & Halton branch, acknowledging the commitment, hard work, and vision that have driven our success since our establishment in 2022. It is a recognition not only of what we have achieved in such a short time, but of the ethos that has guided us from the very beginning.
Bridgewater Home Care Frodsham & Halton was founded from a deeply personal place. After experiencing profound personal loss, we made the decision to step away from established careers in Quantity Surveying in pursuit of something more meaningful – something that would make a tangible difference in people’s lives.
From day one, our vision was simple yet powerful: to deliver outstanding, person-centred care that enables people to live well and independently in the comfort of their own homes. We wanted to create a service that didn’t just provide care, but built genuine connections – where clients feel valued, families feel supported, and our Care Specialists feel part of a team that shares a common purpose.
We launched in 2022 with that ethos at the heart of everything we do. Every decision, every interaction, and every care plan is guided by our core values of empathy, integrity, and excellence. What truly makes our service unique is the personal involvement we have in the day-to-day running of the business. As local owners, we remain hands-on, ensuring the highest standards of care and maintaining the close-knit, family feel that our clients and team have come to know and trust.
Winning Start-Up Business of the Year is an incredible honour and a humbling reminder that our approach resonates, not only with those we serve, but with our wider community. It reflects the dedication of our entire team, the trust of our clients and their families, and the strength of a shared vision brought to life.
