Dudley based Bridgewater Home Care is proud to announce its public signing of the Armed Forces Covenant, reaffirming its commitment to supporting the armed forces community. In addition, the organisation has been honoured with the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) Bronze Award, a testament to its dedication to fostering an inclusive workplace for veterans, reservists, and military families.
The public signing event, held at Army Reserve Centre in West Bromwich was attended by Lieutenant Colonel Mark Davies, Chief of Staff at Royal Centre for Defence Medicine, Darren Knight, Regional Employer Engagement Manager Director for Defence Relationship Management and West Midland RFCA DRM/WMRFCA and Christopher Taylor, Managing Director at Bridgewater Home Care – who previously served in the RAF police – highlighting Bridgewater’s ongoing support for those who serve or have served in the armed forces.

By signing the Armed Forces Covenant, Bridgewater Home Care pledges to: Support the employment of veterans and their families. Provide flexibility for employees who are members of the Reserve Forces. Promote the value of military skills and experiences in the workplace.
