Our first tentative steps into the world of homecare for my wife, Jan, who has Alzheimer’s, and it couldn’t have gone better. Everything Bridgewater Homecare Harborough have done is characterised by excellent communication, a personalised approach, attention to detail and total empathy with both Jan and myself as her carer. Thank you Alex, Christine and Diane. We know we’re not on an easy journey, but we’re very reassured to have you to help us on the way.

Looks after my 91 years old sister. Pays attention to details and especially her care needs as she lives independently. Has instigated improvements since they became involved and nothing is too much trouble. My sister is one very happy lady.

Over the last weeks, I have experienced a time which has been difficult, upsetting and frightening at times. Bridgwater Home Care have been my rock. They have cared for me and, more importantly, my partner Terry. They have gone out of their way to be kind, considerate and caring and at the same time safe, and understanding to the both of us.

I cannot fault the fact that they have always introduced themselves and their staff before coming to assist us in our home. We have appreciated this as it isn’t easy to have strangers coming into your home. Their whole attitude to their vocation is exemplary. I wish them every success in their future caring career.

We can’t praise the team enough for their cheerful, professional and caring attitude. Nothing is too much trouble and I am happy knowing that my father is getting the best of care.

Bridgewater offer care to my mother-in-law, who has Alzheimers. She enjoys the visits and we feel reassured that someone is checking on her when we can’t be there. All the staff are friendly, kind and professional. My mum in law is treated with dignity and compassion. Communication is excellent.
