Covid-19 Statement

Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 crisis in early 2020, Bridgewater Home Care have worked tirelessly to ensure that their clients have been receiving the help and support they need whilst maintaining Covid-safe policies and procedures.
All staff and care specialists have been thoroughly trained on best practice when both working in the Bridgewater Home Care offices and when visiting clients in their own homes. The safety of our clients and carers has been our top priority over the past year and we have continued to deliver our usual care and support safely in the community, enhancing the lives of those individuals living at home during these times.
All the staff at Bridgewater Home Care take a test for COVID-19 every week and ensure that everyone remains safe and healthy when carrying out services to clients. The team are dedicated to maintaining the safety and wellbeing of both employees and clients, and ensure they go ‘Above and Beyond’ to reassure both clients and their families that it is our upmost priority to keep everyone protected against the virus.
With the announcement of further lockdown measures in place until further notice, Bridgewater Home Care can reassure all existing and potential clients that their staff and care specialists are still able to deliver the essential support services under ‘key worker’ status. They will continue to deliver the much-needed help and support through such difficult times, in the comfort of our client’s own homes, ensuring full PPE is worn at all times.
